AgTech & A.I. - Drop in discussions

Hannah Beaton - TAS FArm Innovation Hub, Simon Edwards - University of Tasmania and Nathan Saunders - Elders Tasmanian are inviting you, to join them for a 30 minutes, online discuss any AgTech issues, sharing insights or just listen in.

We have one sessions on Wednesday 29 October, if you would like to join us over the day.

Join us for one or all sessions running between:

  • 12:30 pm - 1.00 pm

Agricultural Technology is always changing- sensors, software, apps, and now Artificial Intelligence (AI).

We’ll chat about:

  • Common AgTech problems and possible solutions,
  • Tips to navigate the AgTech landscape,
  • Understanding the use of AI on-farm.

💬Ask questions, discuss with fellow farmers and get the on-farm support you need.

Funding & AcknowledgmentS

This program received funding from the Australian Government’s Future Drought Fund.

The Australian Government is contributing $12.4 million over 4 years through the Future Drought Fund under various grants. Hub partners and the University of Tasmania will provide co-contributions of an amount at least equal to the Australian Government funding over the same period.

We acknowledge the palawa/pakana people, the traditional custodians of the land upon which we live and work. We honour their enduring culture and knowledges as vital to the self-determination, wellbeing and resilience of their communities.
